VECTOR
Problem. Chronic periodontal disease cannot be fought solely by therapeutic methods and oral cavity hygiene. Hygienists thoroughly and professionally clean external surface of tooth only. This is because the right to touch anything beyond the gums is the exclusive dentists' privilege. The main causes of the disease are hidden under the gums – those are subgingival calculus and bacteria in the periodontal pockets.
Therapy. Using VECTOR equipment, periodontal pockets are fully washed and the bacteria causing the disease are destroyed.
The newest VECTOR method includes a whole number of advantages in comparison with the mechanical cleaning of the periodontal pockets used before. Possibility of tissue and teeth surfaces traumatisation is minimised. Another very important thing is that with VECTOR the entire initial interference can be performed during one visit. The treatment with VECTOR is virtually painless and in most cases anaesthetic is not required.
Clinical studies have proven that in comparison with other traditional methods VECTOR technology is the most effective as it significantly reduces depth of the periodontal pockets and improve gum strengthening process.
According to the specialists of the American Academy of Periodontology "tooth loss in some periodontal patients has been shown to be inversely proportional to the frequency of periodontal maintenance". Therefore, for the treatment to be effective, regular maintenance treatment using VECTOR equipment is necessary: periodontal pocket reinfection control and preventive measures.

PARADONTOSIS TREATMENT

Easy-graft is the first biomaterial injected into bone tissue defect directly from a syringe; it takes a couple of minutes to harden and creates a solid fill.

Problem. Tooth extraction does not only disturb the wholeness of the teeth row. It causes further problem, which makes any kind of prosthetic work much more difficult. It leads to the loss of bone tissue at the site of the extracted tooth in the jawbone (alveolar ridge). That process is irreversible and within three years after tooth extraction the amount of both tissue is reduced by 40-60%. It makes implantation significantly more difficult and sometimes even impossible. And not only the implantation! For example, almost every fourth patient cannot use removable prosthetic either, complaining about poor fixation, and that is also the consequence of the alveolar ridge atrophy.
Therapy. RootReplica is carried out straight after tooth extraction and therefore makes the atrophy development impossible. An implant, which is precise replica of the extracted tooth, is inserted into the fresh cavity. It is made of synthetic biomaterial within 5 minutes and tightly covers the damaged surface (thus also speeding up the healing process). As the implant precisely repeats the shape of the root of the extracted tooth, it preserves the anatomic shape of the alveolar ridge and ensures stability of the bone tissue and optimises the healing. Its main task is to create necessary conditions for the natural bone tissue regeneration. Within 6-9 months the implant would fully dissolve and be replaced by new regenerated bone tissue.
